These terms apply to your use of secucloud.co.uk and any subdomains. They are operated by Secucloud Limited, a company registered in England & Wales.

Engaging Secucloud for consulting work is governed by a separate engagement contract, not by these terms.

Content & accuracy

The content on this website is provided for general information and is the considered view of Secucloud Limited at the time of publication. It is not legal, regulatory, or financial advice.

Standards we reference (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, OWASP, CIS, etc.) are the property of their respective owners.

Liability & warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
  • Secucloud is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the site
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law
